SAVINGS ACCOUNTS

Primary Share Account

Our Savings (Primary Share) Account is the key to the service provided by the Episcopal Community Federal Credit Union. For a $5.00 lifetime membership fee and a minimum deposit of $25.00 in a savings account, you can join neighbors and friends of your Episcopal community as a Credit Union member.  Our savings account offers:

  • Single or  joint ownership.
  • Trust Accounts.
  • A competitive dividend rate is paid  quarterly on  balances over $100.00. 
  • Direct Deposit.
  • A quarterly statement showing all account activity for the previous three months.


Christmas Club Account

The Christmas Club account is a convenient way to save for those extra year-end expenses.  This account offers:
  • The same competitive dividend rate as your Primary Share Account.
  • An automatic yearly withdrawal.
  • The convenience of systematic savings by payroll deduction.

CHECKING ACCOUNTS

For an opening deposit of $100, a credit union Checking Account gives you these free services:

* Some fees and charges may be applicable-- see "Fees & Rates" for more information. Dividends are paid monthly on accounts with a minimum balance of $1,000. All accounts are insured up to $100,000 by the National Credit Union Administration.

Our 24-Hour Member Telephone line or our internet on-line access lets you keep in touch with your accounts at the Episcopal Community Federal Credit  Union 24 hours a day, 7 days a week! You can "talk" to our computer from the privacy of your home or office, as long as there is a touch tone phone. With a phone call, you can complete all of the following transactions on your credit union accounts:

  • Make balance inquiries
  • Transfer money within your account
  • Verify payroll deposit or direct deposit information
  • Get dividend and loan interest information
  • Keep track of your checking account-- cleared checks, etc.
  • Keep track of withdrawals from your account-- including ACH and debit card transactions
  • Get interest information

Before you can use the 24-hour Member Information Line, contact our office to activate your account and get your PIN number.  Once you have your PIN, you can access your account at (866) 405-6548.
